Seascape is a recently completed contemporary 2 storey holiday home with all the features for a wonderful time on your next adventure to the Bellarine. A short walk to the Madeley street shops or a few minutes more to the main street restaurants and shops in the centre of Ocean Grove on The Terrace. And it's a good central point for the other attractions of the local towns Queenscliff and Barwon Heads, the river and ocean.
Seascape is a great place for a gathering in style and comfort. Plenty of room to move in this open space floorplan offset by warm tones of chocolate decor and the latest euro appliances with island bench and timber flooring, just right for a delightful summer holiday at the beach. On a warm summer evening there is a downstairs decked area and upstairs there are two balconies.

Seascape comes with delightfully appointed bedrooms with lots of storage and ample amenities so there will always be one free! The 4 bedrooms will easily accommodation 7-8 people - main with a queen bed, second with a queen bed, third with 2 single beds and the fourth with a single bed and a couch bed. There are two bathrooms with shower and bath plus three toilets.

For the chef there is a fully equipped modern kitchen with under bench oven, island bench, dishwasher, microwave and full crockery and cutlery. A dining setting for six plus extra chairs and on the balconies there is a setting for 10 with a gas BBQ. Laundry facilities with a washing machine and dryer. For entertainment there is a flatscreen TV, DVD, video and sound. For your comfort there is reverse cycle air conditioning and heating.

This is a great house for family holiday breaks, or short week-end stays. Bright, sunny, fully self contained, and excellent holiday house accommodation.
