Other:- Floors are polished floor boards. Note the shower is a hob shower (small bath base). The air-conditioner is in the lounge/dining. Ceiling fan is in the dining room.
Conditions:- No Parties,weddings,functions,caterers. This home is for personal use by occupants only. At no time are there to be more than 4 persons on the premises. Undertaking to be signed on key collection. Bond-$500 (Credit card details may be left). NO SMOKING.

Minimum 2 night stay throughout the year except Peak periods which are weekly. Long-weekend - 3 night minimum.

Prices quoted are Australian Dollars per Week/night .. Credit Card facilities available.

ALL BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO OWNER CONFIRMATION

All houses have fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms - some have dishwashers and microwaves as specified.

Please note: any breakages must be paid for by tenant.

Bring own linen-towels and paper goods unless otherwise advised. Please double check upon booking.

NO PETS are allowed unless otherwise stated and then only Small Dogs. If you bring a pet of any description to a 'NO PETS' house you will be asked to leave.
