Finally a large home for all the family where you can walk down to the beach or the shops. There is 2 large living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs. The downstairs living room has a kitchenette for convenience and from here is the pool area. Upstairs is the main living, kitchen and dining room opening onto a large covered deck and bbq with views of Kingscliff and Dreamtime Beach all the way to Cook Island. With ceiling fans and timber floors throughout the entire home and airconditioning in the living rooms and master bedroom its not only practical but comfortable too.
From the front door entrance you open out into the large downstairs living with kitchenette and off this room is 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower & toilet, plus a seperate toilet and your laundry with washer and dryer. From here you can go out to the pool with outdoor setting or the back yard to play cricket.
Upstairs is a huge open plan living space and kitchen. The kitchen has a 6 burner gas cooktop and large oven to suit and of course the ice/water dbl door fridge. Sit around the marble top large island bench or laze on the lounge. See if the surf is pumping from here too. From here there is 2 other bedrooms, the master with aircon and ensuite with dbl vanity plus a clock radio with ipod docking station. The upstairs bathroom has a large shower and lovely deep bath with a seperate toilet as well. Everything about this house is large.
All the bedrooms are very large rooms.
Personal linen is not supplied but the cost of hiring linen is quite reasonable and can be delivered to the home. Ask for a price.
There is 2 access points to the house, one off street parking spot from Seaview St for a short stay but the best is to enter from the Orient Lane at the rear of the property. This way, there is a fully fenced large yard where boats, cars and jet skies can be easily parked.
