This home has everything:

THE MIDDLE LEVEL
Large open plan lounge, dining & kitchen with big screen TV, Foxtel and wireless internet. Outdoor dining (all weather), huge undercover front deck, and of course kitchen with all facilities including gas cooking. There is a large outdoor dining area seating 8 people and another 8 people inside in the dining area. Bedroom 3 is also located on this level with a queen bed and access to the rear deck. Of course there is also a bathroom on this level with shower, wc and a bath.

THE TOP LEVEL
This has the main bedroom with a queen bed and its own lounge retreat with TV and DVD. This room is huge with high ceilings and its own deck on the front of the house with ocean views. There is a massive bathroom with spa bath and bedroom 2 with a double bed and a single top bunk.

THE GROUND LEVEL
This is designed with two bedrooms, a bathroom, laundry and a bigger than normal double garage. One bedroom has a double bed and access to the backyard and an outdoor table and seating area. The other bedroom is a kids retreat with a TV-DVD, a double bed, a single top bunk, and also a sofa lounge. The garage, with remote door, is bigger than usual with carparking for 2 cars and 2 more in the driveway off the street. There is tabletennis and a spare refrigerator in the garage.

ALL THE ROOMS HAVE CEILING FANS AND OF COURSE THE COOL OCEAN BREEZE!

The kids can play in the secluded backyard when not swimming or boogie boading at the beach. There are boogie boards, bikes and tabletennis all supplied, and surfboards available for hire on request.

ALBATROSS BEACH HOUSE is in a truly beautiful location across the road from one on the Gold Coast's most beautiful beaches.

If you are looking for a relaxed beach holiday then this house is for you. It is located in walking distance to the Mermaid and Nobby Beach Surf Clubs and also the Mermaid Beach Bowls Club; plus all the trendy Nobby Beach and Broadbeach Cafes and Restaurants. It is also only 50 metres to a patrolled surf beach, so safe swimming for everyone!!

You can jog, walk or cycle the famous bike and walking track, which is part of the Gold Coast Marathon Circuit, to Broadbeach, Surfers Paradise and Burleigh Heads. The Gold Coast Highway is only 3 streets away with buses running up and down the coast to Pacific Fair, Surfers Paradise, all the Theme Parks and Jupiters Casino. With Byron Bay and The Hinterland and Mt Warning less than 1 hour drive away.
