Sea Spray Beach House has just been fully renovated with a large open plan kitchen/living area with TV, DVD, Stereo, and reverse cycle air-conditioning and fireplace. Second TV in bedroom.

The Jarrah kitchen is brand new and includes a dishwasher and microwave.

The three bedrooms all have sea views, including master with king bed and ensuite, 2nd with queen and third with two single beds.

Both bathroom's are bright and spacious with Jarrah benches, there is a laundry with washing machine.
There are large window across the front and side's of the house leading onto a large deck with 180-degree views so there are plenty of spots to enjoy the ever-changing views and to feed the very friendly Rosellas, Possum's, Wombats and Kookaburra's.
