When Frank Conti established a real estate agency in 1952 he couldn't have foreseen that more than half a century later some of his original customers would remain steadfastly loyal clients in the care of his son, Paul.

As the first Italian immigrant to establish an estate agency in Western Australia, Frank found a healthy clientele in the Southern European immigrant community, his business rapidly expanding from one city office to branch offices in Fremantle, Victoria Park and Northbridge.

Business culture for Frank Conti found its strength in old-fashioned values, where fairness come first was something of an early mission statement adorning the walls of the office. Paul Conti remembers another, which read: Word of mouth is the best advertising, just ask our customers. While these days we can deliver any number of happy testimonials via electronic media we know that one happy customer recommending our services to another will be more effective than anything delivered in pixels.

Paul Conti has gone on to become a much awarded representative of the real estate community, winning (amongst other things) REIWA's highest accolade, The Kevin Sullivan Memorial Award, for excellence, achievement, integrity and having made a significant contribution to his profession.
