Obtaining her sales licence at the age of 18 years and working in the property industry since 2002, Jo commenced her real estate career as a residential sales consultant / personal assistant and later accepted the challenging position of being responsible for establishing the residential marketing division of a large primarily focussed commercial real estate company. She developed vast experience in real estate negotiation, investment planning and strata unit development. Jo has spent a great deal of time working with an array of clients enabling her to build a strong national and international client base. After a few years, to expand her knowledge of the property industry, Jo took on the role of Property Manager of 150 residential properties. Choosing to further her property studies in 2008, Jo successfully obtained her Triennial Licence - Diploma in Property. Jo has for the past 8 years been successful in the property industry in the Perth metropolitan area. She has had a wealth of success in residential sales, marketing, property management and office management. Her choice is now Property Management and we are very pleased to have her as part of our team.
