Easter & Xmas Holiday Period: $1,280 per week
All other SA Holidays: $1,000 per week
Long weekend (3 night min); $190 per night
Off Peak week: $800 per week
Nightly rate (2 night min): $190 per night

Bond: $300 per booking refundable after inspection. Cleaning fee $80
