Kitchen:- Microwave and Dishwasher.
Entertainment:- 2 Televisions, 2 DVD Players, CD Player, Play station..
Outdoors:- BBQ - Billabong gas., Decks - off main living area, Swimming Pool.

Pets:- Dogs Allowed.
Other:- Polished floors (carpet in bedrooms). Assortment of DVDs. Note 2 fridges in kitchen. The bath is a hob bath (half size bath with shower over).
Conditions:- No Parties,weddings,functions,caterers. This home is for personal use by occupants only. At no time are there to be more than 10 persons on the premises. Undertaking to be signed on key collection. Bond-$500 (Credit card details may be left). NO SMOKING.

Minimum 2 night stay throughout the year except Peak periods which are weekly. Long-weekend - 3 night minimum.

Prices quoted are Australian Dollars per Week/night .. Credit Card facilities available.

ALL BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO OWNER CONFIRMATION

All houses have fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms - some have dishwashers and microwaves as specified.

Please note: any breakages must be paid for by tenant.

Bring own linen-towels and paper goods unless otherwise advised. Please double check upon booking.

NO PETS are allowed unless otherwise stated and then only Small Dogs. If you bring a pet of any description to a 'NO PETS' house you will be asked to leave.
