About Jade

It’s unlikely there is an estate agent on the Bayside with better stock knowledge than Jade Hale.
Seven years of marketing and photographing homes took him into 8,500 houses, earning him a behind-the-scenes look into more properties for sale than probably all other agents combined.
Jade, who has dual New Zealand and Canadian nationality, moved with his wife Tania to Brisbane in 2007 to take advantage of the weather, life-style and opportunities.
His first job in Brisbane was as a digital advertising manager with www.REALESTATE.COM.AU, Australia’s largest property website, where he spent 18 months before buying a photographic franchise. For the past two years he had his own photographic business – Hello House.
“My marketing and sales background is such that I was happy to help train and educate agents about how to market a property successfully,” he said. “I soon learned the right and the wrong way to do this and I was lucky enough to work with and learn from the best agents on the Bayside.”
He always knew his background would provide the perfect stepping stone to selling real estate. “But I knew that the best use of my massive stock knowledge and pricing ability would be to become an agent. To me it was logical. Not only did I have marketing expertise and knowledge, I have qualities which I know cannot be taught, such as enthusiasm and a strong desire to succeed.”
He has recently moved to the Professionals in Cleveland as he recognizes the impact the agency is having on the Bayside market.
Jade lives in Thornlands with Tania and their children Riley (seven) and Caden (six). On rare days off from selling real estate, he helps coach kids rugby league and enjoys boating, camping and fishing.
