Denis Lucas

Denis’ active participation and keen interest in the property market covers many years and extends to buying, selling, renovating, building, and renting in Sydney and the Highlands where he has lived for 7 years. Although his work background is accounting where he honed his negotiation skills, Denis’ strong personal involvement in real estate gave him a platform on which to build a new career.

And so, in 2005 he joined a local Bowral real estate agency. In 2007, he took a short break from real estate sales to help renovate his son’s unit in Sydney. During that time, he also took the opportunity to get his real estate licence which was granted on 24 May 2007. Soon after that, Denis joined our sales team.

In the tough market conditions since 2005, Denis has sold properties in Bowral, Burradoo, Berrima, Bargo, Colo Vale, Mittagong, Welby, and Willow Vale for over $15million. He is keen to draw on this experience to help others buy or sell property.
