Kelly was selected by her manager to help me with the process of selling my property. Most of our communications were through email, phone call and online due to Level 4 and L3 restrictions. However, trust was developed earlier on in the process as she always does what she says she will do, responds to my queries promptly and follows us up with phone calls. She kept me informed every step of the way, e.g. on her progress in finding buyers and the number of people viewing the property every weekend for 3 weeks and how many were potential buyers. I had the pleasure of dealing with Kelly on a purchase of a new property. The experience of purchasing a new house in my eyes (and I am sure everyone else can understand) is very very stressful. Upon meeting with Kelly to view a house she came across as a very strong, honest and loyal person, someone who I could trust to help me with the purchase of a new house. Even though the first house wasn’t suitable Kelly took this on board and made an effort to find out what I was looking for to help me find the perfect house to cover my needs. A few more houses popped up which didn’t work out but Kelly never stopped trying to find the perfect one. Even when viewing houses not at any point did I ever feel bad telling Kelly this wasn’t the right one as she didn’t want me to settle for something that I didn’t really like! So a few houses down and I get a text message "A new listing" YAHHH So off I go and there is Kelly standing with a smile I just knew at this point Kelly was very proud and knew this was the one - This is even before I had viewed inside!! So I take a look in side - Kelly giving me my own space to view. I walked out and said Kelly this is the one let's do a deal. At this point a purchase price was already set and I agreed with this price. From here Kelly had to go and get the contract signed from the Vendor to confirm the offer has been accepted. As I understand this process can sometimes take a long time but 20 minutes after leaving the property I get a call from Kelly saying the offer has been accepted! So to end this I would highly recommended Kelly to deal with when looking for your perfect house. The honest, loyalty, friendliness and great attention really goes a long way. I hope to purchase many more houses through Kelly in the future and I will be recommending Kelly to everyone I know. Trust me once you start working with Kelly you will never look back!
My husband and I currently live over in Sydney, Australia. We had no existing relationship with an estate agent so we had to find a capable agent online to sell our investment property in Otahuhu. We read through quite a few agents’ online profiles and Kelly’s profile sounded like what we were looking for in agent. We meet Kelly on Skype and found to her be professional, approachable and nice. Kelly covered off on things that were important to us and was able to answer all the questions we had regarding the selling of our property. Our property had a very unique situation as we had a difficult tenant to deal with whom we were selling the house with the tenant still residing in the property. Kelly was able to negotiate with tenant and get her on board for the sale of the property. Not an easy task! The first open home did not go as planned as a tenant in the house behind our property decided that he would put a spanner in the works for all of the open homes...We were all rather shocked as none of us had experienced anything like this before. Kelly dealt with the situation in the best possible and ensured that the property was still able to be viewed by people when the neighbour wasn’t home. Kelly did her best to attract buyers and follow them to create the desire for someone to purchase the property. When auction day came around Kelly worked fabulously with auctioneer Aaron Davis. Together they were able to achieve a fantastic price for our property. We were thrilled with our result.
