Nick Velissaris is the Founder and Director of Carlton Real Estate. He began his real estate career in 1969 at the age of 22. In 1983, he established Carlton Real Estate and moved his office in Fitzroy North in 1986. Born in Greece and having resided in Fitzroy North and Carlton for most of his life, Nick�s dedication to the local area is unwavering.
