Dear Ruth, Paul and I wanted to let you know how much we appreciate your efforts in selling our home. As you know, we had listed it with another well respected agent who specialised in our area, who could not manage one inspection in three months. Even with the GFC, ours is a lovely home and we couldn’t believe no one would want to buy it! So, we went to the top. We asked around our friends and work colleagues and your name kept coming up. You took us on; even though we are out of your area and I’m sure it would have been a huge imposition. You gave us honest advise, including having new photos taken, and listened and understood our requirements. We felt from the start that we were in good hands and you proved us right.
