I posit EWRE is targeted at consumers that value a SPECIFIC real estate experience example evidently based -relationship to the e-commerce etc.

A proof-based knowledge of what economically drives growth in all suburbs.

The consumers may be conservative in that they are loyal to brands that demonstrate excellence in required needs but may also be classified as requiring something better from the agencies available – e-commerce.

The segment is diverse in terms of demographics and the service seems to be desirable to people from different cultures, income groups –except the very poor, every age –except infants and very elderly, different levels of education and different occupations. However, I posit the consumers that are initially interested are women within all demographics.

This appears to be because women have a keen interest in real estate, are curious about the property relationships that drive growth and the offerings in business that are delivered by women. I suspect that the segment will attract male decision makers that value the service and style women offer specifically attentiveness to clients, understanding of the female consumers and attention to family needs that women inherently understand.

EWRE may have some brand differential advantages that may be recognized by men such as price. However, the services are primarily purchased by both men and women – for themselves and the considerations of style, versatility and affordability are is consistent with consumers young and old and from all ethnic groups.

To enshrine the EWRE brand, excellence in property relationship building needs to be clear. The understanding of the area, the economic variables and connections staff have created are evidence to prospective clients that is the point of difference. This supports the term ‘Elite Women’ as people that have superior skills.

The value that clients derive from these property relationships are primarily price driven, however access to the connections made by EWRE is the secondary opportunity. Attaining discounts, building community and improving the value of their properties are accessed exclusively through EWRE.
