James Dodge

After spending time as a commercial IT specialist, James joined Nichols Crowder, completing a traineeship in commercial and industrial real estate under the guidance of directors Michael Crowder and Richard Wraith.

James went on to gain his full real estate license and has his sights set on becoming a commercial/industrial property auctioneer. His enthusiastic and professional approach has seen him become one of Carrum Downs’ most active sales and rental agents. Having always lived on the Mornington Peninsula, he has a great knowledge of the area and has built up a large database of clients and contacts there.

In his spare time, James is a volunteer firefighter for his local fire brigade and is involved with charity organisations. When he’s not spending time at home with his family, James likes to get to the MCG to support his beloved Richmond Football Club.
