Luke Williams

On finishing my VCE at Brauer College in 2005 I approached the team at Homeseeka Real Estate and enquired on starting a career in Real Estate. After a few interviews I understood that I may have needed a little more life experience behind me before I embarked on my chosen path. Since that day, I have lived in Peterborough working in civil drainage for a year before moving to the Gold Coast and working in Brisbane in the same trade for another year. I returned home from the Gold Coast in 2007 and started my apprenticeship in Horticulture at the Warrnambool Golf Course. My love for golf and the outdoors coupled very well in this chosen career. I worked at the Warrnambool course for 3 years before moving onto a private Melbourne course at Riversdale Golf Club. During the 4 years I worked there I completed my trade and also reached the pinnacle in Australia Green Keeping, working at the Presidents Cup at Royal Melbourne.
After 4 years of living and working in the hustle and bustle of Melbourne I returned home to Warrnambool with renewed love for our beautiful home town. It was only a matter of weeks before I would find myself sitting on the same seat I was on in late 2005. I had come full circle and returned to Homeseeka and the team with a bag full of life experiences and a far more developed mindset on the world. I knew real estate is what I wanted to do and since starting here I have never looked back. Other than helping vendors sell their prized homes and finding the right property for the many buyers I still love to get outside and do as much as I can. I still have a strong connection with the Warrnambool Golf Club and am currently trying to develop and implement a fantastic junior program. Other hobbies that I enjoy include football, cricket and a social BBQ and beer on the weekend.
