Richard Taylor

Originally from South Gippsland, raised in rural community, Richard has now firmly entrenched his place in the Yarra Valley, during these past 9 years.

Now returning to the Elders Delaney Livestock and Property in Lilydale, he brings with him a wealth of real estate experience and diversified knowledge from all walks of life.

Richard is a fully qualified Real Estate Agent and began in the real estate industry in 1989. Along the way he has competently dealt in the sale of all types of properties, small businesses included. He has experienced the downturn of the early 90’s the GFC and more recent property boom.

A career in finance which led him to become the Regional Manager, stands him in good stead to provide valuable assistance and advice in a market where higher interest rates test many young families and those with limited equity in their properties.
