Michael Garvey

After having operated his own agency for two decades there is little Michael does not know about real estate and providing the ultimate in client service. Having previously been a secondary teacher at Niddrie High School, he commenced his real estate career with an agency in Tullamarine in 1979. After gaining a wealth of experience with a city estate agency, Michael opened his own real estate business in Essendon in 1991. Michael brings to the Gisborne office of Dunlop Real Estate an extensive knowledge of residential property and commercial/industrial real estate. He is an experienced auctioneer and a specialist in multiple lot subdivision auctions. Many local people know Michael through the many properties he has sold in the Sunbury and Macedon Ranges area over the past 30 years. In his spare time Michael and his wife Margaret are keen travellers. They have adult children in London, Kyneton and Melbourne and their extended family includes eight grandchildren who all love to stay with them at Macedon. Michael is keenly involved in circuit speedboat racing, has officiated at many Australian and Australasian speedboat racing championships and is a life member of the Melbourne Runabout & Speedboat Club.
