My professional background of owning my own retail business and being a Property Consultant in Malaysia have given me a strong sales background, but it's my role within Etihad Airways as Cabin Crew Manager which gave me a strong customer service focus enabling me to build close professional relationships within a broad client base as well as guiding and mentoring staff within my supervision.
