Daniel’s long connection with the mid-north region of SA stretches back 3 generations and his parents Geoff & Karen have owned and operated farming business for many years in the lower and mid-north regions. After several years as a high achiever with the NAB Agribusiness team Daniel and his young family made the best decision of their lives at the end of 2010 to return to his “roots” by relocating his young family to Clare. He and his wife Bec along with their 4 children are thrilled to be raising their young family in the Clare Valley.

Daniel followed his father’s footsteps into real estate and soon established himself as one of the leaders in the industry being recognised with the prestigious REISA Local Regional Salesperson in just his first 12 months of real estate. This was a remarkable achievement when you consider the number of real estate sales professionals working throughout regional South Australia.

Already regarded as one of the young leaders in Real Estate in South Australia, Daniel formed the perfect partnership with his father Geoff Schell at the beginning of 2012. Geoff himself had been recognised on many occasions within the Real Estate industry as Ray White’s No.1 Sales Person for 4 years in a row and REISA No.1 Rural Salesperson for 3 consecutive years. The Schell partnership has been very successful as they share a real passion to strive for excellence with every transaction. He loves to spend time his spare time with his wife Bec and their 4 children as they are becoming very active in school and sporting life in the Clare Valley community.
