Paul was raised and went to school in Melbourne's eastern suburbs. Through family friends, he was always exposed to the real estate industry and showed a keen interest from an early age.
Once Paul completed his high school and tertiary studies, he followed his dream to travel the world, live in foreign countries and experience different cultures. He embarked on a career in hospitality and worked for international hotel chains such as InterContinental and Four Seasons in Europe, North America and the Caribbean for over a decade. “When working for 5 star hotels, clientele can be demanding and hold high expectations. My ethos was to always strive to exceed the expectations of even the most demanding clients.”
Upon returning to Australia, Paul became involved in his other passion of real estate which was the career he had always planned. He worked for two years in the inner-eastern suburbs of Melbourne, which is regarded as the most competitive area in real estate. Here he fine-tuned his negotiating skills achieving a number of record sale prices. Paul is recognised as a true real estate professional providing service levels to his clients which are consistently over and above what would be expected. “When representing a client in the sale of what is typically their most valuable asset, it's my obligation to keep them informed and up to date through information and service, thus making the process seamless and stress-free.”
Paul's family has lived on the southern Mornington Peninsula for well over a decade, giving him the local knowledge and experience to successfully negotiate the best possible outcomes for his clients.
