Wayne Baker

Having been born and bred in Geelong, Wayne's knowledge of the Geelong region is second to none.

Working i hospitality for the past 30 years he is known for his rapport with his clientele to be of the highest integrity.

Wayne started in the Hotel and Restaurant Industry on graduating from the Gordon Institute in Hotel Management and went onto owning and operating property and creating many successful establishments within the region; culminating in the award winning Hotel for Best Country Hotel in the State.

His attention to detail in all aspects of life is to be complimented, always after the highest standards and has achieved those within hospitality and many of his community projects he has been involved with. His latest passion being the Sanctuary Counselling Centre.

To now be able to implement his knowledge and expertise within the Ray White Group, Wayne is proud to be a part of the largest real estate organisation.

With a fantastic network of people and his ability to be able to communicate with all walks of life, it is his desire and passion to be able to deliver those results in the real estate arena in a professional manner and to show the integrity that all his clientele deserve.
