As Director of hockingstuart Sunshine, Marcus Fregonese endeavours to make the business of buying and selling property successful and stress-free for his clients. Dedicated and professional, he takes great pride in having the opportunity to change people's lives.

Ambitious and focused on all aspects of real estate since high school, Marcus has over ten years industry experience and forged a reputation as an energetic, fun and charismatic Auctioneer. In 2013, his skills were recognised and showcased, when he was a finalist in the Victorian Novice Auctioneer competition.

Marcus firmly believes that honesty and transparency is the only way to do business. As well as sharing hockingstuart's ethics and moral integrity, he also values the supportive 'tight-knit' network and team culture and the 'world class' training opportunities that the company offer.

Marcus has lived and worked in the Sunshine area and boarding neighbourhoods for many years. He has an insightful knowledge of the community, the amenities, the parks and schools and appreciates the culture, diversity and close proximity to the CBD. Away from work he is a self professed 'foodie' and avid Western Bulldogs fan, with a keen interest in soccer and travel.
