Educated in Sydney, Nicholas commenced his professional sales career with Australia's largest used prestige car dealership Rick Damelian, whose focus is 'Excellence Without Compromise'. Nearly a decade later, Nicholas moved north to become Project Sales Director for the Belle Property development Havana in Port Douglas, where he achieved the highest sales rate in North Queensland at the time, with over 100 unconditional off-plan contracts in just nine months. He went on to become Sales Director of Belle Property residential office in Port Douglas.
In February 2005, Nicholas opened Coldwell Banker Barrier Reef Realty in Cairns with business partners Lauchlan Leishman & Chris Buse, which was named the REIQ Cairns Agency of the Year in 2006, the same year he opened another office in Port Douglas.
As a director of Coldwell Banker Barrier Reef Realty Cairns, Nicholas started his business from scratch and has become a leader in the sale of premium properties across the Tropical North, from Mission Beach to Port Douglas and the Torres Strait Islands.
