After a couple of years selling real estate in Heathmont and Mitcham I am now back in my own neighbourhood. Having being born and raised in Montrose. It's satisfying to be able to help people and know that I will be able to keep in touch even if it's because I bump into clients at a local sporting event or in the main street. Later on, when these same clients want to sell to downsize or decide they need more space for a growing family then I can again give them that local professional assistance.

A career in real estate means not working nine to five Monday to Friday. Flexibility is the key, I enjoy the diversity of being out talking to people, and all the activity that goes with helping sellers and buyers means that each day is different and exciting. I like to motivate myself and enjoy the success that comes from hard work.

I understand that it is a huge decision when it comes to selling and buying a home. It's important to respect that process and understand the upheaval that can occur. My role is to make that process as smooth as possible for you. What might seem simple to me due to familiarity with the technicalities of buying or selling can be frightening for potential clients. A good agent knows this and never seeks to exploit that fear instead sincerity and trust, backed by an ethical agency is your greatest insurance.

When choosing an agent it is essential that you have a rapport with that person. Don't necessarily be swayed by the agent who offers the largest commission and who says will get you the highest price, you may well be hiring the biggest liar and the poorest negotiator. If you don't feel comfortable with the agent then there could be a very good reason why.

When it comes to selecting an agent stick to someone you can trust, someone with solid local knowledge and someone you know will take good care of your interests. I am honest, energetic and passionate and I am always honored when a client selects me to buy or sell.
