Richard Moody

Richard has lived in the area of Mount Lawley and Maylands for some 12 years having previously spent time in both Melbourne and Sydney working.

He, with his wife Beverley, have shown a keen interest as a couple in Real Estate having bought, renovated and extended several homes. So the “glamorous” job of being a real estate person has been seen from both sides of the fence from his point of view.

Richard has been working in the real estate industry for around 7 years with REIWA, the industry body, bestowing upon him the honour of a membership and a Sales Accreditation, acknowledging his professionalism, enthusiasm and skill as a Real Estate Salesperson.

With a keen interest in most sports, Richard found his passion in cricket, a sport he embraced alongside his brother Tom, becoming a member of the senior state cricket squad when he was only 17 years old. As a keen football follower Richard is thoroughly enjoying the resurgence of the West Coast Eagles and looks forward to a repeat performance in September.

With a wife and two children, a major priority is his family values and family life.
