Nicholas commenced working in real estate on the 1st of October 1977 as a property officer at Michael & Co, a small but prominent real estate agency in Orwell Street, Potts Point and enojyed a meteoric rise. Six years later he was successful in purchasing the firm and subsequently purchased another large property management rent roll.

Nicholas joined the Nationwide franchise on 1st May 1988 and recently with the amalgamation of PRD and Nationwide has established Eastern Network Realty at 27 Elizabeth Bay Road, Elizabeth Bay.
