James Bennett

The motto “keeping it in the family” certainly applies to James Bennett.

Son of top 10 Queensland Real Estate Agent, Peta Bennett, Real Estate was always in James’ blood.

After graduation from Marist College Ashgrove, James began his studies at the University Of Queensland, studying Arts and Education. It did not take long for James realise his calling was in helping people achieve their dreams of owning their own home.

James continues to have a role with his school, coaching the mighty 4ths XI cricket to their 5th straight Premiership, as well as the 15B Rugby to undefeated Runner-Ups, only missing out on a premiership by a single bonus point. Similarly to Real Estate, James believes commitment and “hard-love” is vital for a successful team, as well as a successful sale and purchase.

Having been around real estate all his life, it was the natural progression to move into this thriving industry. James’ career started as a Personal Assistant for his mother Peta, where he helped her to achieve the prestigious Platinum level of sales, bringing in over $20 Million of sales into the office over a 12 month period.

James now joins the successful and award winning Harcourts City Sales, with people skills beyond his years and a desire to maximise the return for his clients, whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service and integrity.
