Noel Kenny

Noel Kenny has spent his whole life living and working in Melbourne’s north-west.

An experienced auctioneer, Noel has been a member of the Brad Teal team since 1997 and has a large list of satisfied purchasers and vendors who have benefited from his enthusiasm, hard work and practical advice. As a part-owner of the business and Manager of our Essendon and Flemington sales teams, Noel understands the expectations of clients. He firmly believes that the secret to success in real estate is to take the time to understand – and respond to - the individual goals and personal objectives of clients.

Prior to working in real estate, Noel held senior sales and management positions. He is an avid football follower and played over 250 games for the North Brunswick Football Club before becoming president of the club. He has always been involved in local community groups such as the Brunswick Athletic Club, Melbourne City Mission Child Care Centre and the Red Shield Appeal. Noel has developed strong networks in the local area through his and his wife Brenda’s involvement and support of local organizations, including the schools of their two children.
