Originally coming from a strong Cairns award winning sales background. and selling over 80 properties between 2003-2004.

Most of these sales were property investors who were wanting a good, honest, and consistently reliable property management service.

Not an agency with large rent roles, and high staff turn over.

Our Agency was chosen because we are a small Property Management Service, offering true, personalised, thorough hands on care, to all investment property.

Keeping true to my word, and now 17 years on, 80% of investment rental properties are still personally being looked after, and cared for on every level by me.
