Ryan joins the Elders team as a property consultant and brings his knowledge, expertise and passion from his years of service to the country and community. The name Ollwitz is synonymous with real estate in the Fleurieu Hills due to Ryan’s father, Jurgen Ollwitz, who had a successful 30+ year real estate career and was regarded as the local expert in rural property sales.

Ryan Ollwitz grew up in the Willunga and McLaren Vale region and attended Willunga primary School and Tatachilla Lutheran College. At age 18, he enlisted in the Australian Army where he served for 15 years and deployed on operations. In 2019, Ryan joined the team at RSL Care SA, a proud not-for-profit veteran charity, to manage a housing program supporting veterans experiencing homelessness.

Ryan is married to an awarding-winning artist, Carla Grace, and has two children, Emily and William. In his own time, Ryan enjoys hiking, working on their property, spending time with his family and volunteering with the Operation Flinders Foundation.

Ryan prides himself on being a local and a part of the community he serves and relishes the opportunity to help locals navigate their way through buying or selling their homes.
