An extremely well laid out holiday house on three levels suitable for 2 or 3 families. The top level has open plan living/dining/kitchen area which opens on to a deck andhas magnificent views of the ocean, the Painkalac River and the Split Point Lighthouse.The large master bedroom with ensuite is downstairs and also has ocean views. Upstairs on the middle level there are 2 bedrooms with queen beds (plus wall fans and heating) and the 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunks and heating. There is also a bathroom on this level as well as a powder room. There is a separate living area ideal for the kids whichhas a table tennis table, TV and casual furniture. The back yard is large enough for footy or cricket - so apart from the local beaches there is plenty of entertainment. There is also a TV in the main living area.
