After a vibrant and successful career in international business and business consulting; Eric entered the real estate industry in 2000 in rural Qld. Eric sold residential, commercial and rural properties successfully before he and his wife, Trudi and their 5 children moved to Kenmore in 2001.

With 3 children still attending school in the western suburbs and one working in the local area Eric is or has been heavily involved in school and local community activities and fully understands the issues, challenges and benefits of being a Inner Western suburbs resident. His passion for the comforts and lifestyle of the inner west is reflected in his monthly community newsletter where he promotes local community groups within the local area.

With 17 years accomplished negotiation experience, 7 years real estate experience and 3 years real estate coaching experience, Eric is isn’t your typical agent.
