Paul is a sales and marketing professional with over 25 years’ experience in the real estate and property industry. Paul has worked at all levels with traditional real estate companies and directly with property developers, financial planners and project marketing groups. He is well versed in the sales of both off-plan apartments as well as house and land packages.
2015 Being the BDM for a team that achieved over 1,000 off plan sales in 12 months.
2009 Created and developed a web-based platform for investors and professionals such as Accountants and Financial Planners who are involved in property. This private members platform could also be used by SMSFs to access independently researched investment properties.
Launch of Northlakes Estate in the Hunter Valley - 1,500 lots over multiple stages. Work on this estate included developer meetings, liaising with the town planners/surveyors, pricing of the individual lots as well as developing and managing the marketing and coordinating the sales team for the end sales.
