Having grown up on the Bellarine Peninsula, Hugh has a deep understanding of the area. Commencing his real estate career in 1997, Hugh has gone from strength to strength in the real estate industry. With a proven track record and a passion for both the industry and Hayden Real Estate, Hugh is a reliable choice when selling your home.
After joining father Bill as a property manager Hugh quickly earned his stripes progressing into sales 18 months later - results soon followed as did a reputation for getting the job done. Hugh became licensed in 2003 and together Hugh and Bill opened the Barwon Heads branch of McKewans Real Estate.
The move then attracted the attention from the ‘Hayden Brand’ and soon Hugh and Bill decided to re-brand.
In the coming months Bill, Hugh and a third partner forged a formidable partnership which led to the purchase of Ken Guyett’s long established Allpoints business and Darryn Arnold’s, L J Hooker Rent Roll. Hugh holds high regard for his role as co-director. This resulted in a fantastic, and dominant real estate company. Upon Bill’s retirement, Hugh welcomed current partner, Andrew Hamilton to the business.
